Jodi is a caring, objective and supportive doula who is attentive to the emotional issues surrounding birth. She has been privileged to provide the best in continuous physical, emotional and informational support to over 80 families in Maine, NH and MA. Jenna's passion is helping people navigate through times of transition and turmoil, built on her experience in the social work field and her ongoing training as a mental health professional. She has a gift for staying grounded and calm in stressful situations and brings high-energy enthusiasm where it's needed. Jenna's strengths-based approach to doula work will help you identify your own innate skills and attributes to enable you to birth confidently. No matter your approach to birth, Jenna is committed to supporting you, assisting you to develop your birth plan and chart your own course through the labor process.
Jenna has trained with DONA and ProDoula, and is working toward full certification as a labor doula while concurrently pursuing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Southern Maine. She lives in a quirky 225-year-old house with her husband, son, and Golden Retriever.
