We come to you, no matter where you are in the world, and we are with you every step of the way. From developing a plan together while sitting on your couch, supporting you through your bedtime routine, watching the monitor with you, joining you for the dream feed, sending you to bed to get a solid night's rest, navigating early morning wake ups, follow up phone and email support - we are there every step of the way and we guarantee YOUR SUCCESS!

Our programs are custom-tailored to your unique family. We come to your home and support you through this exciting transition from meeting your newborn's needs through interrupted nights all the way to restorative slumber. You have our focused attention through our time in your home and in the four weeks of follow up support until you are all experiencing the sleep you need. As with all Maine Doulas care, we provide non-judgmental support and mentorship because we've been there and we understand.

As a long time postpartum doula, Natalie and Jodi have been seeing the effects of sleep deprivation on families is a common issue. She was honoured when she was chosen to train in Mommywise’s highly selective program for training sleep coaches.
